Biography

 Taught B.Lib.I.Sc. and M.Lib.I.Sc students and guide Ph. D. scholars.   Organizing the Refresher Courses of for th e benefit of the Library professionals.   Worked against the Post of the University Librarian.   Modernization of the university central Li brary, coordinating its services with other national networks.   Providing the library and information services to the faculty members, students of UG/PG and research Scholars. Presently the main lib rary caters to about 4000 members of all categories.   Streamlined the library system in providing effective services to the members.   On going computerization of the lib rary holdings of central library.   Introduced the subscription to electron ic journals online through UGC-INFONET
