Biography
Nitu joined as Director – HR in May 2016 with 13 years of experience in human resources across organisations such as Asian Paints, HSBC Bank and Mondelez International (formerly Cadbury India). Prior to joining Abbott India, Nitu was Head – Talent Acquisition, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan and ANZ with Mondelez. She holds a Bacherlor’s degree in engineering from Govt Engg College, Aurangabad and a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Insititute of Business Management, Pune.
