Biography
Mr. Ramakrishnan Ramaswamy is a Senior Finance Professional with more than 25 years of rich & diversified experience in the areas of Financial Planning Analysis and Controls, Treasury and Tax Optimisation, ERP system design, Mergers & Acquisition negotiations, across various companies. He comes from Jubilant Energy, part of Jubilant Group, as the Chief Financial Officer based out of their corporate office in Noida, NCR since August 2007. He was responsible for the organisation’s finance function along with preparedness for an overseas listing and raising long term resources for the company. Prior to Jubilant, Mr.Ramakrishnan was with EsselPropack Limited, based out Mumbai where he worked as Vice President-Finance (Global) & headed the finance function since 2004. He joined them in 1994 as Finance Manager. In his career journey, Ramakrishnan has also worked with JBF Industries and Hindustan Hardy Spicer Limited as Manager Finance and Deputy Chief Accountant respectively based out of Mumbai. He is Chartered Accountant of 1987 batch and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University in 1985.
