Mr. Ratan L Jain, is a Senior Finance, Secretarial and Legal Professional with more than 35 years of rich and diversified experience in the areas of Financial Management, Direct & Indirect Taxes, Secretarial & Legal function, mergers & acquisitions, project management, joint venture with overseas company and formulation of legal and commercial strategies. Mr. Jain comes from a very well known multinational liquor company, Shaw Wallace & Company Ltd. During his tenure of more than 11 years in Shaw Wallace & Co. Ltd., he handled several green field projects, merger & acquisition negotiations, commercial management of large beer manufactory and commercial functions including the purchase of all inputs of the beer division comprising of 4 Beer manufactory and nation wide selling and marketing. As a special assignment, he handled several BIFR company takeovers and obtained favourable rehabilitation orders from BIFR.
