Paula A. Price joined Accenture’s board of directors in May 2014. Ms. Price is a full-time senior lecturer at Harvard Business School in the Accounting and Management Unit. Until January 2014, she was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ahold USA, a retailer that operates more than 700 supermarkets in the United States under the Stop & Shop, Giant and Martin’s names, as well as the Peapod online grocery delivery service. At Ahold USA, Ms. Price was responsible for finance and accounting, strategic planning, real estate development and construction, and information technology.
