Biography
Dr. Anju Agarwal (Reader) a Ph. D. degrees from the University of Delhi was awarded the Shanti Devi Bhargava Gold Medal for obtaining the highest marks in M. Sc. Her area of specialization is Micro- and Semiconductor-electronics. She has 40 publications to her credit. She has been convenor of many committees in the college like Faculty Enrichment program, Alumni Committee, Examination Committee.
Research Interest
Modeling and simulation of HEMT and MISHEMT devices for microwave frequency applications.
