Dr Sona P Kumar, (Associate Professor) specializes in modeling and simulation of High Electron Mobility Transistors. She has 27 research papers in reputed journals and conference proceedings and has attended many National and International conferences. She has been the convener of many important committees in the college like Spic Macay, Canteen etc.

Improving the performance of Microelectronic Devices for high speed applications.
