Biography
Mr. Ghose has been a Managing Consultant in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt Ltd since 2006. His area of work includes Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls and Compliance framework including legal requirements. He has been actively involved in the setting up and maintenance of Centre for Corporate Governance of Deloitte in India and also co-authored a maturity model for corporate governance considering Indian (Clause-49, MCA Guidelines) and global best practices.
