Biography

 As AGM-HR, Mr. Shijit heads all aspects of HR in the organisation. A passionate HR professional with an experience of more than 12 years in HRD, he was associated with Nitta Gelatin India Ltd prior to his assignment with Akesiss.  Having joined Akesiss in the mid of 2012, Mr. Shijit brings with him the professional expertise in all aspects of HR, which will be utilized for continuous improvement and innovations in HR practices and processes in the organisation. 

Research Interest

 He has an MBA degree in human resource from MG University and MSc in Psychology from Madras University. He also possess a post graduate diploma in training & development from Indian Institute of Training & Development (ISTD) Delhi. He is life member of ISTD and NHRD
