Dr . R. SIVAKUMAR is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics , Alagappa University ,INDIA. His research interests includes Thin films preparation and characterization, Transition metal oxides for electrochromic device, Semiconductor materials for solar cell, Various forms of nanostructures by solution route, Ion beam induced studies. he is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. R. SIVAKUMAR is the member of many international affiliations. he has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. he has authored of many research articles/books related to Research interest.
