Mr. Romesh Pandita's professional journey of three decades is a combination of being a professional and an entrepreneur. Starting his career with a renowned group having interest in distilleries and sugar mills, he nurtured a dream of building an enterprise to be the master of his own destiny. His professional expedition had nurtured him in various domains like manufacturing, sales, marketing and finance. He began his entrepreneurship endeavour with one of the best Italian liquor manufacturers "Gruppo Campari". Alcobrew's first manufacturing unit was set up with technical assistance of Gruppo Campari for production of Old Smuggler brands. A visionary with an eye for detail, he has created a highly motivated team totally aligned to the founder's vision and organisational goals. Alcobrew now stands tall with three in-house and two franchisee brands has a huge potential for generating employment. The Company is in the process of making foray in exports thereby earning foreign exchange for the Country.
