Ms. Kate-Lynn Genzel is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Genzel is a chartered professional accountant, and holds a legacy chartered accountant designation and a bachelor of commerce (honours) degree from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Ms. Genzel has both public practice and industry experience focused on companies in the mining sector that are publicly listed or quoted in Canada and the United States.
