Biography

Mr. Pranav Chirayu Amin has been Managing Director of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited since April 27, 2016. Mr. Amin has been the Chief Business Development Officer of API, a division of Alembic Ltd. since September 1, 2005 and served as its President of International Business. He served as Joint Managing Director of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited since April 27, 2015 until April 27, 2016. He served as the President of International Business at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited since april 1, 2011. He served as Junior Financial Analyst at Dendrite Inc. in New Jersey, USA. He served as a Managing Director of M/s Nirayu Private Ltd. He focused on developing new business and maintaining customer relationships. He serves as a Director of Whitefield Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. He served as a Director of Shreno Ltd since June 2005 and also served as a Director at Alembic Ltd. from January 31, 2007 to march 31, 2011. He finished his schooling from the Doon School Dehradun. He is also holding Directorships in Gujarat Flying Club, Quick Flight Limited and Incozen Therapeutics Pvt. Limited. He has been an Executive Director of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited since March 31, 2011 and served as its Non Executive Independent Director. He holds Bachelors of Science in Economics/Industrial Management from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA. He holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.
