Biography
Abhaya Kumar Srivastava has been the Principal Investigator/ co-principal investigator in several sponsored research projects, and team leader/member in several investigations of All India Coordinated Research Project on Post Harvest Technology at AMU. His major areas of interest are Drying of agricultural commodities, fruit and vegetable processing and development of low-calorie food products. He is teaching/has taught several courses to post graduate students and research scholars of agricultural process and food engineering. He has publications in national and international journals including LWT-Journal of Food Science & Technology,Cogent Food & Agriculture, Drying Technology, International Journal of Food Properties,J. of Agril.
