Biography

Dr Anjum Parvez is presently working as Professor in the department of Medicine, JN Medical College, AMU,Aligarh. He did his M.B.,B.S. and M.D. (Medicine) from King George Medical College Lucknow. He has several research publications to his credit in various national and international journals of repute like - Journal of Cytology, Biomedical Research,Journal of South Asian Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and International Journal of Pure and Applied Microbiology. He has obtained special training in Diagnostic Upper GI and Lower GI Endoscopy at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Srinagar (J&K) and National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) - A.R.T. Specialist Training held at NACO Regional Training Institute, C.S.M.M.U., Lucknow. His interest areas are Cardiology & HIV/AIDS.Presently he is also working as the Director, Medical Attendance Scheme w.e.f. 06/09/2014 and Incharge, Gastroenterology unit.
