Biography
Professor Arshad Hafeez Khan is the first to get the superspeciality degree (M.Ch. Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery) from AMU in 1991. He has to his credit -70 Published papers (National - 56,International - 14- Eur J PlastSurg,J Med Biochem, Diagnostic Cytopathology,) & podium presentation of 35 papers at conferences. Chaired scientific session at several national conferences and moderator of live operative surgery workshops. Invited faculty in symposium discussion & guest speaker at conferences.Invited selection committee expert for the post of Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery by Rajasthan Public Service Commission, J&K Public Service Commission and Public Service commission Delhi.Paper setter, moderator, thesis examiner & practical examiner at Ahmedabad, Patna, Kolkata, Jaipur, and AMU. Secretary cum Treasurer of Association of Plastic Surgeons of India(APSI) (UP Chapter)for four years.Organizing secretary of U.P.chapter conference of association of plastic surgeons of India (UPAPSICON-2008)held at Aligarh. Headed Plastic Surgery team to operate 62 cases of Cleft Lip on board the train(life line express) stationed at Babrala in January 2006 and operated 54 cases in January 2011. He served at Madina (KSA) for 21/2 months as part of Medical Mission for Haj 2001.
