Biography
Dr. Asif Ali Syed is an Assistant Professor, in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies and Research, Aligarh Muslim University. He is a full time faculty for the last 15 years, and teaches Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communication Export Import Process Documentation and Quality Processes. He has authored 3 books along with numerous papers in international and national journals of academic repute. Prior to joining academics, he had a brief industry association, with multinationals, Shell and Phoenix Electrics. He is a visiting faculty at several reputed institutes, is actively involved in research consultancy and corporate training besides full time research guide for a number of Techno Management Research projects. The research projects guided by him for PhDs include Infrastructure and Alternate Energy ventures along with Public Sector and Small Medium Enterprise related areas and also on CRM, Quality and EMS Standards and Service Providers Effectiveness and Improvement. His current affiliations are with Bio-entrepreneurship, Social Media Marketing and Retail Marketing projects in India.
