Biography
Dr. Fauzia Naushin after completing M.Sc. Botany from AMU Aligarh joined the CIMAP Lucknow (a renowned CSIR Institute) for her Ph. D. experiments. She was appointed as a lecturer in Women's College, AMU in 1994. She later on joined STRM PG College, Aligarh and worked as Lecturer till 2009 and joined Women's College, AMU in Jan, 2010 as Lecturer. She is Guiding One Ph. D. Student in the department. VISION Dr. Fauzia Naushin has been promoting the women's education and encouraging girls in the women's college to pursue higher education and prove excellence. She is not only encouraging the girls pursuing B. Sc. Honours (Botany) but also the girls of other streams in the College for higher education, national level competitions including NET/JRF/GATE. On her motivations, the meritorious girls fo the college are preferring to take admissions in Master Courses.
