Biography
Dr. Feza Tabassum Azmi (MBA, PhD) is presently Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies & Research, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. She has more than 14 years of teaching experience. She qualified the All-India UGC-NET in the discipline Management in the year 2000 and was awarded the prestigious UGC-Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Her area of interest is Strategic HRM. She has more than 35 research papers published in reputed international journals including International Journal of Human Resource Management (Taylor & Francis), European Business Review (Emerald Publishing), International Journal of Commerce and Management (Emerald Publishing), Singapore Management Review, Management and Labour Studies (XLRI-Sage publications) among others. She has presented papers in various national and international conferences and is reviewer of many international journals published by Emerald and Taylor & Francis.
