Biography
P. Tripathi earned his B.Sc., M.Sc. (Physics) degree's from A.P.S. University, Rewa M.P. and M. Phil. degree from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He obtained his Ph.D. from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. After received Ph.D. degree from M.S.U., he went to University of Essex, U.K. for his post doctorate work. The area of his research falls in the broad domain of Condensed Matter Physics in which it concerns mainly many body aspects and theoretical aspects of transport properties of low dimensional systems with the present interest focused on Electron-Phonon and Energy loss rate for two dimensional electron gas systems (2DEG) and quantum wells systems. He obtained Young Scientist DST Fast Track Project entitled "Transport Properties of Nitride Structure" in the year of 2005. He has published research papers in reputed international journals like; Phys. Rev. B, J. of Phys.:Cond. Matter, Physica E, Mordern Physics Letters B, World J. of Cond. Matter etc. In teaching, career spanning about 14 years and he has taught B.Sc. & M.Sc. students at Physics Department, Faculty of Science, The M.S. University of Baroda, Vadodara and B.Tech. & M.Tech. (NanoTechnology) students at Department of Applied Physics, A.M.U. Aligarh.
