Haroon Subhan Khan

Biography

Prof. H.S. Khan passed MBBS from B.R.D.Medical college, Gorakhpur in 1976 and subsequently did MD (Medicine) in 1980 from G.S.V.M. Medical college, Kanpur. He joined AMU on 10th July 1982 and was later on promoted to the rank of professor on 27-02-1998 and is continuing on that post. During this period he chaired the department of medicine from 2008 to 2011. Prof. H.S. Khan is also looking after the A.R.T. centre in the capacity as its nodal officer. He is an external examiner of MBBS and MD for various Universities. Prof. H.S. Khan is an advisor to UPSC New Delhi, UPPSC Allahabad and JK PSC Jammu & Kashmir. His field of interest is HIV & AIDS and cardiology. He has attended various conferences National and International organized within the country. Some of the journals in which his papers are published include-Journal of Association of physicians of India, Indian journal of experimental biology and International journal of morphology.Prof. H.S.
