Biography
Dr. Latif Zafar Jilani has been in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery for almost 18 years. Dr. Jilani's areas of specialization include Joint Replacement surgeries of lower limb and Trauma Management. He has been trained in Lower Limb Arthroplasty and Computer Aided Orthopedic Surgery at Scotland's Golden Jubilee National Hospital in Glasgow. He also did a clinical attachment at South Manchester University Hospital, Wythenshawe, UK and gained good experience in Foot and Ankle and Paediatric Orthopaedics. He qualified his MBBS and MS(Orthopaedics) from Aligarh Muslim University. Subsequently, he passed Intercollegiate MRCS Examination and awarded prestigious membership of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (UK). He was awarded Arthroplasty Travelling Fellowship of Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association to visit centers of excellence in Hong Kong and Thailand. His scientific papers have been published in journals of repute including Jounal of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Indian Journal of Orthopaedics and Saudi Medical Journal.
