Biography
M. Jawaid Siddiqui received the B.Sc.Engg. degree in electrical engineering from Zakir Hussain College of Engineering and Technology, A.M.U., Aligarh in 1988. M.Sc.Engg. degree in Electronics Engineering from Electronics Engineering Department, A.M.U., Aligarh in 1993. Ph.D. degree in the field of Semiconductor Device Modeling from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India in 2002. Currently, he is Associate Professor in Electronics Engineering Department,A.M.U., Aligarh. His current research interests include the MOS physics and modeling, technology, characterizations, and Nano structure design and characterization.
Research Interest
Semiconductor Device Modeling , Microelectronics and VLSI Design.
