Biography
M. Rizwan Khan received the B.Tech. (Electrical), M.Tech. (Electrical), and Ph.D. degrees in 1998, 2001 and 2009, respectively, from the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh, India. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, AMU since 2001. His principal area of research interest's including power electronics, artificial intelligence, and multiphase motor drives. Involved in the teaching at postgraduate and undergraduate level of Electrical Engineering courses and actively participated in the research activities in the field of Power Electronics, Electrical Machines and Drives. He has published a no. of papers in reputed journals IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion, Electric Power Systems Research, ACTA-Press Int. Journal of Modelling and Simulation, Korian Journal of Electrical Engineering and Technology, Asian Power Electronics Journal, Simulation Modelling Practice and Theory SIMPAT, International Journal of Engineering, Science and Technology-IJEST and many more. He is supervising many PhD students.
