Biography

Myself Dr. Nishat Akhtar, working as Associate Professor in the department of Obst. & Gynac., JN Medical, College, AMU, Aligarh. My life till date traces rich experiences. Having made dedication and sincerity my Hallmark, I take keen interest in emergency obstetric care in order to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity .My thrust areas are Gynaecological oncology and high risk pregnancy I focus on providing better health care to reduce the sufferings of females of all age groups and from all strata of society. Deeply attached to the cause, I am working day in and day out to make this endeavour an achievement. I owe a lot to various National and International Journals like Journals of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, India, Indian Medical Gazette, Indian J., Biological Research, Indian J. Behavirol Science, Indian Academy of Clinical Medicine and Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome etc. for providing me a forum to present my research papers. I have been active participant in various conferences/ Workshops/ CME/Training Programs held across the country. I also had the privilege to present my candidature as Guest Speaker, Panelist and Chairperson.
