Biography
1 Senior Orthopedic surgeon with more than 16 years of progressive experience in the field of Orthopedics, including 4 years as an Associate Professor. Simultaneously managed both clinical as well as teaching work in the Medical College and Hospital efficiently. 2 Provided leadership, guidance, and support to the Postgraduate of Orthopedic Department as well as Undergraduates. Trained Postgraduates of the Orthopedics in various intricacies of Orthopedics including diagnosis making, various operations, patient care, event planning and management and community relations. I have also held the Administrative post of a Deputy Proctor of Aligarh Muslim University in the year 2011-2012. 3 Research interests include Orthopedics Trauma, disease and joint replacement. I have developed keen interest in Arthroscopy and am developing an Arthroscopy unit in the Department of Orthopedics. I have supervised 03 M.S. Ortho theses (awarded/submitted) and at present supervising 02 M.S. theses. I have 40 research papers in national and international journals to my credit. Some of important journals where my papers are published include Indian Journal of Orthopaedics, Journal of Bone and Joint Diseases, The Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Acta Orthopaedica Belgica, Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology etc. I have been the life member of many learned bodies such as, Indian Orthopedics Association, U.P chapter of IOA, Indian Arthroscopy Society and Central Zone of IOA.
