Biography
Prof. Tabreiz Ahmad Khan is currently working as Professor at Department of Botany, Aligarh Muslim University. Pathogenicity test and detailed time bound life cycle of nematodes were carried out in important plants. Worked out on interaction of nematode and fungus and also the management of nematodes and fungal diseases by using bioagents, organic additives, nematicides and fungicides in different plants. Screened different varieties of plants against root-knot and reniform nematodes. Research paper published in Nematropica, Nematologia Mediterrania, Archives of Phytopathology and Plant Protection, Bioresource Technology, International Journal of Nematology, Pakistan Journal of Nematology, European Journal of Applied Sciences, Plant Pathology Journal, Acta Botanica Indica, Indian Journal of Nematology, Indian Phytopathology, Current Nematology, Annals of Plant Protection Sciences etc. Associated with the teaching of Pteridophytes, Economic Botany, Microbiology, Plant Pathology and Nematology.
