Shah Mohd Khan

Biography

Dr. Shah Mohd. Khan is Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He did Masters in Statistics & Psychology from Aligarh Muslim University and obtained Ph.D. Degree in Psychology from Lucknow University (INDIA). Prior to joining the AMU, Dr. Khan was an officer at the Research Designs and Standards Organization (only R&D organization of Indian Railways and posted at Lucknow, Kolkata and Mumbai. He was responsible for selection of Safety Staff for Indian Railways through aptitude test and research relating to human error in train operations. Dr. Khan has his proficiency in Job analysis, standardization of tests and validation of test batteries. He has developed and standardized numerous psychometric tests. He was Jt. Secretary for number of years for Institute of Rail Transport (IR academic body) and instrumental in organizing number of diploma courses. Dr. Shah Mohd.
