Biography
I did my M.B.B.S and M.S. in Ophthalmology from J.N. Medical College, A.M.U. and later D.N.B in Ophthalmology. Thereafter, I worked as Senior Resident in A.M.U Institute of Ophthalmology, J.N. Medical College. I joined the Institute as lecturer in Ophthalmology in the year 2006 and am currently working as a Professor. I am keenly interested in pursuing a career of teaching and research and have presented original paper in various fora of Ophthalmology. I have been guiding thesis of M.S. candidates. Though all aspects of Ophthalmology fascinate me, my thrust areas are strabismus, and diseases of the posterior segment of the eye. My scientific papers have been published in various journals including American Journal of Ophthalmology, British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, Indian Journal of Ophthalmology etc. I am also reviewer of American Journal of Ophthalmology and Indian Journal of Ophthalmology.
