Biography
I have passed M.D. (Pediatrics) in 1981 from M.P. and joined Department of Pediatrics in March 1984. My area of interest are immunization, infectious disease and community pediatrics. I have published paper in important national and international journals viz. Indian Pediatrics, Indian Journal of Pediatrics, Journal of Tropical Pediatrics etc. I have also supervised sixteen (16) theses for M.D. Pediatrics and delivered lectures on important pediatric topics at state and national pediatric conferences/seminars. I am nodal officer of WHO and UNICEF in ongoing global polio eradication programme. I have also contributed a bit in the University administration also and is working as Nodal Officer, Minority students Affairs and President, Gymkhana Club in University Games Committee. I was Chairman of Department of Pediatrics from 2006- 2009 and Provost, Hadi Hasan Hall from 2004-2006.
