Biography
Dr Gupta passed his MS in 1984 and has ever since been working as faculty member. He was awarded the Prestigious Colonel Rangachari National Award in 1988 at Madras. He was awarded the University of Montreal fellowship Award in 2008 in Montreal, Canada. Dr Gupta has filed two patents for Intra Ocular Lens designs. He has presented papers in USA, Canada, France, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, etc and has been invited as Guest speakers to many prestigious Conferences. He has several publications of original articles in Journals like the Graefe's Archives for Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology-(USA) , Visual Impairment Research-(Germany) and Asian Journal of Ophthalmology. His research field is innovative ophthalmology Devices based on Optics and electronics. He has more than 85 International internet citations. He has been appointed and conducted many Inspections for MCI in various medical colleges.
