Biography
I, Dr. Ziya Siddiqui am working as Assistant Professor Institute of Ophthalmology, AMU since April 2011. Earlier I have worked as Assistant Professor at Nepalganj Medical College, Lord Buddha Educational Society, Nepalganj, Nepal. I have worked as consultant ophthalmic surgeon at Venue Eye Institute and Research Center, New Delhi between Nov.2007 and Aug. 2008 and have been trained in advanced cataract surgery methods including Phaco emulsification and Small incision cataract surgery. I have worked as Senior Resident at J.N. Medical College between Sep.2004 to Aug.2007. I have attended many conferences and CMEs at State and National level. I have received best paper award in Community Ophthalmology at U.P State Ophthalmology Conference at Allahabad in 2006. My areas of interest include Cornea, Cataract and Refractive surgery, Glaucoma and Community Ophthalmology.
