Dr. Sharma is Raman Munjal (Hero Motor Corp) Chair Professor of Organizational Behavior & HRD at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Prof. Radha R. Sharma has been ICCR Chair Professor at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Germany & visiting Professor to ESCP Europe (Torino), European Business School, Germany and Guest Professor to Leipzig University, Wittenberg Centre for Global Ethics Humanistic Management Centre; University of St. Gallen, Switzerland among others.
