Biography
Dr. Ajay Goyal teaches in the area of Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru and has M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS). He has varied work experience in sectors of health, education and business. Prior to joining Alliance University he was associated with the Infosys Leadership Institute. His research interests include Leadership, Collective Intelligence, Learning, Decision Making, Emotions and Social System. He has several publications to his credit in National/International Conferences. He has served as a reviewer for ‘Organizational Science Journal ’(INFORMS,‘ Team Performance Management Journal (Emerald) and ‘Annual meeting for Academy of Management’. He won award on ‘Outstanding Reviewer Award’, at the MOC division of Annual Meeting of Academy of Management Held at Montreal, Canada, August 2010.
