Biography
Dr. Aswathi Nair is a dedicated Human Resource Professional with 14 years of experience in Corporate Human Resource as well as academic domains. She works as Asst. Professor with Alliance University. Her areas of expertise are Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management; Human Resource Development, Managerial Psychology etc. She is a third rank holder for her postgraduate management degree from the University of Kerala and holds a doctoral degree in Management. She has conducted international and domestic off sites for various corporates in the training and development domain. She has designed competency based training modules and has various international publications in refereed journals. She takes pride in being part of the journey of inquisitive minds and find meaningful engagement in academic pursuits. The territories of her research falls in non-expectancy theories of Motivation, Leadership studies, Bhagavat Gita and Spiritual Quotient.
