Biography
Dr. Bharathi was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy from the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. Her doctoral dissertation was titled Educational Rights of Minorities under the Constitution of India - an analytical study with special reference to Karnataka state. She obtained her second Master of Laws degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, in the year 2013 in Administrative and Constitutional Laws. Her first Master of Laws degree was from Bangalore University in Labour Laws in the year 1994. She has a total 23 years of teaching experience from renowned institutions. She has worked with Christ University, M S Ramaiah Law College, Bishop Cotton Law College, RML Law College, SJR College of Law, ICFAI School of Law and practised as advocate in the Courts of Law, Bangalore for a period of two years. She has to her credit more than 10 publications in international and national journals.
