Biography

A graduate in Law (LL.B), M.A., M.Phil., M. Ed. from Punjab University, Chandigarh, Dr. Maninder Sudhiir holds a doctoral degree in English Literature from Punjabi University, Patiala. She has recently completed her Master Business in Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore and is presently pursuing an LLM degree from Bangalore University (Distance Education). She is a soft skills trainer with 26 years of work experience of progressive teaching, research and administration and has served at reputed organizations as an administrator, scholar, researcher and educator in varied fields, with teaching/training being the main focus area. She has functional expertise in the areas of talent and leadership development. Because of her flair for writing she has worked as a full-time editor for educational and institutional prospectus, year book, e- papers and magazines. She has experience of practicing law at the Supreme Court and the High Court at New Delhi for five years and during this term she was also the adviser to firms such as Haryana Electricity Board, Consortium Finance Pvt. Ltd. and La Tech Exports etc. She has functional expertise in the areas of talent and leadership development and legal aspects. She has conducted a number of executive development programs for various organizations, faculty development programs at different institutions and skill development programs for students of numerous colleges all over India. She is passionate about reading and writing. She owes her success to effective teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills and domain knowledge. She is a graduate in Kathak from Lucknow University. Dr.Maninder’s research focuses primarily on English literature; Communication and Interpersonal Skills , Leadership, Women Studies, Social Sciences and Law.
