Biography
Prof. Neelapala Anil Kumar obtained a B. Tech. degree in ECE Department from JNT University, Hyderabad and an ME in Electronic Instrumentation (EI) from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He has 11 years of teaching experience. He has written three international text books, with the titles ‘Image Processing’, ‘Biomedical Image Processing’ and ‘Retinopathy’. He is presently working in Alliance University, Bangalore, Department of ECE. His area of interest is Bio Medical Image Processing.
