Biography
Prof. Ramesh Batakurki joined Alliance College of Engineering & Design, Alliance University as Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering. He completed his Master’s degree in Thermal Power Engineering and undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. His current research interests are in the areas of Thermodynamics, Internal Combustion Engines, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Refrigeration and Air conditioning and Finite Element Methods. After graduating, he served as a member of the faculty in Acharya Institutes, Bengaluru for two years. He has also got industrial experience. He taught subjects such as Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat and Mass Transfer, Finite Element Methods, Turbo Machinery’s, Energy conversion, Fluid Mechanics and HMT Labs.
Research Interest
Thermodynamics, Internal Combustion Engines, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Refrigeration and Air conditioning and Finite Element Methods.
