Biography

Shilpa Chadichal holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a specialized academician in the marketing area, teaches subjects such as Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Retailing Management, Consumer Behavior, Product and Brand Management, Integrated Marketing Communication and so on. She has rich experience in corporate as well as academics and administration. She has authored a good number of research articles that have been published in various national and international journals like Elseiver-Procedia, International Journal of Management, Indian Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Exclusive Management Science. She has also presented papers at various national and international conferences held in India - IIM B, Great Lakes Chennai, Symbiosis Pune, IIM A and abroad in CASSR Malaysia. She has won the Best Paper Award in an international conference. Presently she has submitted her doctoral thesis in the Area of Marketing on “E-CRM in Banking Sector” to the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum Karnataka.
