Biography
Engineering Graduate from PSG College of Technology (1989), obtained masters degree in Business Administration from Bharathiar University (1991) specializing in operations and finance and another masters degree in Foreign trade from Pondicherry Central University (2000). Completed M.Phil from Bharathiar University in Operations Management (2005). Currently doing coursework for Ph.D from Amrita School of Business. Been teaching, undertaking consultancy assignments and training for the last 20 years, after a short stint in industry. Held administrative positions in educational institutes. Previously she worked with CK Institute of Management, Coimbatore as Assistant Dean - Academics.
