Biography
Dr. Sudarslal S. currently serves as Associate Professor at the School of Biotechnology. He was conferred with a Ph. D. in Biophysics, School of Biosciences, M. G. University, Kerala. Prior to joining Amrita, he served as a Manager at Mass Spectrometry Core Facility, N. C. B. S., Bangalore, India.

Mass Spectrometric Characterization of Bioactive Peptides and Proteins, Mass spectrometry based Proteomic Characterization of Carbonylated Proteins as Indicators of Oxidative Stress, Identification and Characterization of the Role of Allium Sativum - Microbiome on the Production of Therapeutic Metabolites.
