Anju Kamal

Biography

Anju is a Second year part time Research Scholar at Amrita University’s PhD program. She is currently working as a full time faculty teaching Organizational Behaviour at Amrita School of Business, Amritapuri. She has also worked as a Human Resources Professional and has experience in HR activities from Joining formalities, Induction, Performance Management, Corporate Communication, Reference check, Exit interview, Oracle HRMS Implementation including Payroll, HR Audits and Employee engagement initiatives. She holds a BTech in Electronics from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. In her constant quest to understand herself and others around her better, her area of study is in the field Human Resources Management. Her research interest includes Personality, Emotion, Interpersonal relations, Culture and Psychology. She is in the process of developing a strong foundation in the theoretical perspectives, research methods and current topics in the field of Personality and Psychology.
