Biography

Bijeesh C. currently serves as the Gym Instructor at the Department of Physical Education at Amritapuri Campus of Amrita University. He has completed Bachelor of Arts (B. A.) in Mathematical Economics and is a International Sports Sciences Association Fitness Certified Trainer. He also holds Diploma in Fitness Wellness and Anatomy. He has represented University of Calicut in the All India Inter University Power Lifting Tournaments and has been two time medalist during the years 2009 and 2010. He was the 2007 National Champion and was adjudged by the Jury as the Strong Man of India. He has been 6 time State Champion in Kerala and 2 times Strong Man of Kerala. He was 3 times University Champion and 2 times Strongest Man in University. He was also the Junior National Medalist in the year of 2009. He has served as State Referee of Power Lifting and Body Building and specialise in Power Lifting, Weight Lifting and Body Building. He has 5 years of experience as a qualified Gym Instructor.
