Biography
Dr. Rameshwar Ture holds a PhD in OB-HRM from Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras. He has completed graduation in Human Resource Development and Management from IIT Kharagpur. His under graduate training was in Aeronautical Engineering. After completing PhD, Dr Rameshwar worked with a startup for a short duration. He joined ASB, Amritapuri in September, 2016. He is actively associated with CII-ITC Center of Excellence for Sustainable Development as a business sustainability assessor for best sustainable companies’ award since 2014. At Amrita University, he is associated with ‘Amrita Vasudha’, university level sustainable development initiative. His teaching interest includes Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Development, Business Research Methods, Business Sustainability.
