Dr. Rangasami P. completed undergraduate degree in History and postgraduate in Social Work from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore. Dr. Rangasami did Ph. D. in Social Sciences from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. His doctoral thesis work was Participative Management as a Job Design Strategy.
