Prof. Sheela Pavithran

Biography

Prof. Sheela Pavithran is currently working as Professor cum Vice Principal, Amrita College of Nursing, Amrita University. She associates with the institution since 2002. She graduated from Institute of Health Sciences, Manglaore and completed Masters from Manipal College of Nursing, Manipal University. She worked in Manipal College of Nursing, Manipal, from 1992 to 2002 in various capacities from Clinical Instructor to Assistant Professor. After leaving Manipal, she joined Amrita College of Nursing as Associate Professor. She was appointed as Acting Principal from 31/05/2006 to 24/10/2006 for the interim management of the college. From December 2005 onwards, she is working as Professor cum Vice-Principal.
