Biography
Dr. Rajeshwari P. N. currently serves as Assistant Professor at the Department of Shalya Tantra, School of Ayurveda, Amritapuri. She received her BAMS Degree from Alva's Ayurveda Medical College, Moodbidri, in June 2007. She completed her MD from Government Ayurveda Medical College, Bangalore (Rajiv gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka) in the area of Shalya Tantra in 2010 and pursued her PhD in Shalya Tantra from National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jodhpur University) in 2014. She worked as Lecturer in the postgraduate department of Shalya Tantra for 2 years at Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College, Moodbidri, Karnataka. She has postgraduate teaching experience in Anatomy for MD Rachana Shareera in Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College, Moodbidri, Karnataka. She has postgraduate and undergraduate teaching experience in Shalya Tantra during her PhD at NIA Jaipur. She has been working as Assistant Professor and Consultant in the postgraduate department of Shalya Tantra, Amrita School of Ayurveda & Hospital since January 2015. Research Interest
Dr. Rajeshwari's areas of interest are Fundamental Principles of Ayurveda and Fundamental Research and Evidence Based Scientific Writing. She is successful in treating Anorectal and Spine diseases in Outpatient & Inpatient units of Amrita Ayurveda Hospital.
