Biography

Mr. Sivraj P joined Amrita School of Engineering in the year 2010. He is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Ettimadai, Coimbatore. His areas of research include Wireless Sensor Networks, Smart Grid, Robotics, Embedded System Design, RTOS and Automotive Electronics. He obtained his B. Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in the year 2007 from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala (Saintgits College of Engineering) and M. Tech. degree in Embedded Systems in the year 2010 from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in the area of Sensor Networks applied to Smart Grid.  He has visited ICS Department of KTH University, Stockholm, Sweden from 20th May 2013 to 20th June 2013 and from 16th January 2014 to 31st January 2014 as part of the Indo-Swedish collaborative project between Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and KTH University funded by DST and VINNOVA in the area of Energy Management in Smart Grid using Embedded Systems.
