Biography

Has over 11 years of strong experience in Healthcare BPO services along with strong administration skills. He started his career with NDS, and quickly scaled to the role of Assistant Team Lead. Later he worked with Processmind for a while before joining Anion in 2004. He has good knowledge on physician and payer side services. He trained and mentored several members in the team while staying on top of healthcare reforms in the US industry. He also plays the role of Chief Privacy Officer and his command over HIPAA is highly commendable. Every selection of resource is channeled through his screening for quality maintenance.
